Depends on who's doing the cooking! Can this be extended to include Mash and Barrel owners breakfast, where everyone gets to sit down at once (including women). Or literally in the van, where women usually cook while the men sit??
Thought it needed livening up a bit more!

In that case its the mash and barrel for me - if there are no queues! Washing up in barely warm water, clearing fat splashes off the cooker, toast crumbs everywhere and egg shells in the bin.....no contest !!
I've just started a new thread about Butlins - just wondered if all the kids activities are still free? Also dying to know the site fees .....

Cholestrol freaks, the lot of you!! Although I once had eggs benedict at the Waldorf Astoria in New York ...absolute heaven...Tried to do it myself many times but failed miserably. No-one for the cold meats platter and crispbread then like our Swedish friends? Followed by skinny dipping in a freezing lake? Whipped dry with twigs? Guess that'd be you then Dasboot? Hahha !!!

Used to do bacon on the BBQ & have people walking past drooling :)
It's a no brainer now we can get the owner breakfast for a £ not worth cooking ourselves at that price!!

Just recently realised I like smoked bacon only at the van, never eat the stuff at home and of course we only cook it in lard, as everything fried tastes better. Full fry up for us black pudding, toms, sausage, bacon, eggs, beans, then anothe lie down.

Bacon, egg, sausages, mushroom, fried bread, black pudding and hash brown or potato cake, with HP fruity sauce, and glass of lovely fresh orange.
We do have a cooked breakfast sometimes at the van, but mostly its a bacon buttie with chopped up cherry tomatoes for me, and maybe mushrooms - yum yum.

Love a cooked breakfast at the van, but don't do it every day. I'd be like a "bonk oss" (That's a Black County term). Only toast and cereal at home.

Always cooked breakfast at the van. Tastes even better if Mr Scampi cooks it outside - going to treat ourselves to a Cadac this year, so hopefully even more outdoor breakfasts (because we're going to have a glorious summer, of course!!)

Never mind eating fried breakfast from the caravan but from the U.K. mmmmmm! I very rarely eat a fry up over here! I wait till I am back in U.K. cause the bacon over here is awfull it's steaky type and sausages here are very poor! Cannot beat a breaky from Scotland or England! I look forward to making a fry in my van in April when I am over again.

Yes unless the Toby carvery has an offer on , then hubby insists on going so that he can eat as much as he wants. That's my story anyway.
