Has anyone had a look on here for the crime statistics for the area around their van or home? It's made interesting reading for us.Plenty of burglaries and the like.Might affect sales of vans from new customers when they are getting clued up about an area before deciding to purchase a static there.
I know if we were looking to buy another van but undecided where, i would be looking at this site.In years gone by,if you were worried about a crime rate in an area before you moved or pitched your van there you would have to ask at the local police station under the freedom of information act which seemed a bit daunting. This site makes it a whole lot easier.

Hi dasboot just had a look at this the main problem around me is ASB but as we live in the village green with 4 pubs within 100yds of each other you can understand that, thankfully we have a house in it's own walled garden TS23 1ES, so we don't hear a thing we don't even have to close the curtains at night wonderful Noel

Sounds idyllic Noel but never get too complacent mate.Did you check around the van?Ours seems to be in a bit of a hotspot for just about everything and of course thats out of season as well. Can't wait to view the main weeks figures:eek:

i agree with DAS here as you mustn't get too complacent about these things.. always keep one eye open...i always leave my curtains open until the last minute as i like to see who is watching me!!!!. you never know WHO is watching you.... 4 pubs around you.. who came first?? you or the 4 pubs???
P.S. I just had a look at that website for the first time.... over what period are those figures?? a month, or a year?
