Each booking we recieve, we deduct 10%, you set your rates,
So, no booking / no fees. Simple!
If you also use our management service below we can take care of the
Admin and just forward your rental receipts.

We provide a “live” on line calendar, you enter your own bookings for
Your family and friends or bookings you wish to manage yourself.
No charges are made
For reservations generated by us or that you wish to manage:
*We issue a confirmation giving the client full details of the reservation
*We collect the deposit by card or cheque & confirm to client
*We respond to client queries within 24 hours
*We issue a statement of account showing final balance due
*We collect the final rental account by card or cheque
*We send the client a final confirmation, check-in info & directions
*We arrange keys, ( where required )
*We forward your rental payments less charges to your account
TOTAL COST: 12.50 per booking
