Morning all

A quick question please on what I should be looking for in way of 'throw ins' before parting with precious money.

We have managed to negotiate a better financial deal on the second visit and I don't think that we will do much better in terms of hard cash, but I have been advised that there are additional incentives that the site can offer to make you sign on the dotted line.

Can anybody give me some advice on this one please?

Val ....I am only guessing, as we bought as a private sale, even though we did the agreement through the site.

You could perhaps ask for, free gas bottles, steps, pitch fees or discount on next years fees..... You have nothing to lose, they will either do it or say no, its worth a shot.

I am sure others will be on with more advice for you too.

Gas Bottles? Gas bottle regulator? TV ariel? Steps?
Is it a new van or used? If it's used is there anything that you are not happy with
eg. Are the carpets in good condition, you may be able to negotiate new ones.
Does the van need a professional valet? Is a Fridge included?
I suppose it depends on whether the van is new (to be sited) or used, as used vans usually include steps and sheds and ariels etc.

check all seating and matresses for wear or marks that look like some kid could have wet the bed, usually a circle type mark, turn the matresses over and check both sides. check the sealant round sink and shower.if it has blinds,do they all work, check cooker for shelves/grill pan.
