My dealer has just returned from Hull where he has been looking at the 2012 prototypes from Willerby and BK. At the moment he can only show the exteriors but when they start to arrive on his showground in the next week or two he will show photo's of the interiors.
I've seen them and Willerby especially have re-vamped the whole range. Even the lowest end model now looks a lot more expensive, especially from the outside. Oh, and the Granada has gone.

Soooo looking forward to The Lawns! That show was the decider for us last year, when we had the chance to compare tourers and statics in the same place, in day-light (it's just not the same at the NEC when they are all artificially lit!). We had a great day, decided we wanted a static and even found our site. We'll be going this year, just to drool over the new models (and quite probably say ours is still the best!).

I have found, from experience, the dealers we buy from don't discount their old stock very much and unless you prefer the old model to the replacement (which we did once with the Lyndhurst) you might as well get the new model. Because, just like cars, the old model is worth less in Glass's.

I know what you mean Andy, I could sell Granada's all day long. You got a lot for your money. However, the interior was starting to look a bit dark and the replacement is very light and airy. Willerby are taking a bit of a chance getting rid of such a popular model so we'll have to see. The Lawns seems to come round quicker and quicker these days, this will be my 22nd!

It is funny that you should say that about some of the Willerby vans - I looked (just for a snout) around a new Willerby Vogue (3 bedroomed though) and was very underwhelmed by it. I think the older Vogues are much better than the newer ones - Of course, if someone was to GIVE me one (only have a 2 bedroomed one though), I wouldn't say no:D. I wonder if they have revamped it for 2012?

They have, not the layout but if I remember correctly it is a bit lighter.

We've been going to the Lawns since 1990. We bought our first brand new caravan that year, a Willerby Granada after having two second hand vans previously.
I thought last year was a little mixed up with ABI being at the Lawns and Atlas and Cosalt (Victory) being at the Golf Course.
I suppose you go on the trade days, Indiawells, so you wont have the crowds we private buyers have to contend with, and the Kids jumping about and banging doors and messing with the fixtures.
Hope the weather is good again this year.
