You have been trying to sell your van for a while now Elouisa. Why do you think it's not getting any interest? I sent you a private message to try and advertise it in the local papers. Did you have a go? Wish you luck. Perhaps now you have a photo of your van it will help.

It may possibly be because the caravan is a lot older than 10 years looking more towards the 20 year mark . The give away is the door handles and locks.
This puts the vans value alot lower .

You know I'm obviously no expert, and I looked at the pics and thought that it didn't look like a 2001 caravan.
Elouisa, I'm not sure you were told the right age when you bought it, I don't believe you would say this age otherwise.
Sorry, don't mean to offend you in any way :o

We don't mean to offend you............ but
there is a chassis number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it is 2001
the economic climate dictates whether people are able to spend large amounts on LEISURE items

Why don't people mind their own business unless they have something constructive to say?

We are selling the static, not asking for opinions!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Elouisa,

A forum is a place where people offer advice, help and constructive opinions on any thread, that's why most of us joined to share these within a 'virtual community' of like minded people. Sometimes we may not agree with other peoples opinion, and I'm a little confused as to why you picked MY reply and not our TECHNICAL SUPPORT member parkandleisure as well?

I wish you the best of luck selling your caravan.
I will comment no more on this.

Good Luck

As the site won't buy it have you tried selling off site to a dealer?
On a constructive note ,I would delete the pic.

On a constructive note ,I would delete the pic.

Or maybe take a new one that does not show any damage to the van (foreground), and a less un-kept appearance?

Inside pictures would help as well. It sounds like it's on a nice site, maybe a link to the site's website - so others can see how great it is? You might also add what the sales commission is and if it's you or the buyer paying it?

Good Luck with your sale, it's all in the timing.

Eloiusa In defence of AngelaB , it was i who made the comment and the reply should of been directed at me. Angela is a great forum member and the comment was unjust.

I can only tell you as i see it from an industry insider, im sorry if i caused offence.
