pay £30 so that sales can be introduced to your buyer,i advertised my static ,buyer came to site .sales talked her into to buying from them,WHAT chance do i have of selling my static ?? they also told buyer that site was open 12 months a year,,lies it shuts.not open 12 months

Hi Bazza, I'm not sure who they are but if they have lied to make a sale report 'them' to tradeing standards.

hi ,,the £30 i paid was to advertise my static,was in local newspapers etc.i hadnt paid anything to the site..had 2 buyers ring me about looking at my static.they came to the site when i wasnt here,,Because there are barriers when you come onto site,you have to park outside sales office,,the sales talked the buyer into buying from them.not from me.What i was annoyed with,is that the buyers wouldnt have been here if it wasnt for me advertising my c-van:

That is really poor but it dosn't surpirse me really. There are alot of shady people in this business unfortunatly.

I'm not too sure where you stand with this unfortunatly. Hopefully somebody will have had more experience in this type of thing than me and will be able to help more.

Does the park know you have it for sale? If an owner came to me on my park and informed me he'd sold his van i'd say "fine, where is the new owner going to site it? Because it won't be on here". The parks agreement is with you, nobody else, and it's up to them who they have on their park. What if you got a great price but the family who bought it are the family from hell? Why should the park be stuck with them?

That is very true, i had to use someone else to get the finance, but the site will not transfer the van into my name, or the plot, the agreement is with the park and owner for the plot
