Hi, Just to update you all.
I've finally taken the plunge. Just bought my first van, which is a willerby westmorland 2002. I think i got a good deal on this plus the site fees. It worked out £11500 which included a brand new Asgard storage box, gas bottle and next years site fees at £750 and the following 4 years for £1553.
Can't wait for it to be sited as my house is stacked full of bits and pieces for the van.

Are the following 4 years fees 1553 per year paddy or is that the total? Sounds like you got a excellent deal to me either way.Where abouts is your site?

i thought that too das..£1553 for 4 years.... even so, i wasnt allowed to pay 2 years on the run as they didnt know what the fees wuld be....

£1553 per year, it's normally £2500 and the site is on the isle of sheppey

loads of caravan parks are struggling down south, and i suppose being near end of season helps.
