Willerby Leven for sale 34x10. Lancaster area.
Underfloor insulated, with 1 bedroom (origionally 2 but other changed into a large bathroom).Full end bedroom with both windows double glazed.(No bed sorry)
Old cubicle toilet turned into cloak room and for storage etc ,old shower room remains as normal.
New carpets fitted into the lounge last week, with bedroom carpets going in soon. Plus laminated floors being fitted to bathroom and other 2 rooms.
All origional seating, furniture and curtains are in place and in good condition.
kitchen has a fully tiled floor and walls (cost a fortune) and all in good order, no cracked tiles.
The van has a 3 year old Morco boiler in as I changed when i bought it.
The exterior panels are in good order, I have sealed all the seams and joints 3 or 4 times during the time I have owned the van (3 years). The roof has had a layer of flashband all the way around the edge and across the width crimp seals. The van is very dry, no damp or stained walls due to damp.
Currently, inside the van needs cleaning and some other jobs fineshing off to make it fit for sale and shall be ready with the next month or so. All the materials are there for completion but finding time to complete the work is hard to find. I bought another van on the same site which was larger and more suitable for the winter months, so the older van has been emptied and left for a few months while i sorted some other jobs on new van.
The van HAS to be off the park in lancaster by February 2012, latest March. i can remove the van from its plot to a place where it can be easily loaded onto a wagon, transport to be payed by new buyer.
All in all, a straight enough van thats dry and just needs a tiny bit of work to finesh off.
£1000. Or as near as possible to that.
Any questions feel free to PM me.
