Thanks for reading.

Due to a change in family circumstances we are having to sell our Abi Horizon. Its done 1 season on site at Weymouth (Haven, Littlesea) and is in first class condition. 1 double bedroom, 2 twin rooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. Cloakroom and shower room. Lounge diner. It comes with a full inventory including kitchen equipment, TV, and bedding.

It is on a pitch which which is at the very front of the site and overlooks the fleet lagoon (2nd row of 2), and has its own patio and parking space. Mains gas and electricity.

The site is popular and has indoor and outdoor pools, crazy golf, tennis courts, play areas, fencing, archery etc. Amusements inside, bar and restaurant and nightly entertainment. Starbucks coffee and Spar shop also. Staff are friendly and helpful. It has direct access to the coastal paths and is a short walk from the Olympic Sailing venue at Ferrybridges.

Haven will manage the letting of the van if you require and look after all aspects of maintenance. They have quoted potential income available for next season as just over £8,000.

Weymouth and the surrounding areas have a lot to offer and this is a great family destination. Its ready to let and enjoy

We are asking £17,000 for the van which will include fully paid up site fees for 2012. There is a transfere fee payable to Haven to transfere the accounts and admin things. This represents a huge saving on buying this van new.

Hi Kev.
It will always help to sell your van if you state the age of it and also how long it has left on site.Hope you sell it.

He has stated the age of it in the title lol - Have you been on the pop already today Das .....................:D

p.s. if it is a Haven site I don't think they have an age limit as long as it is in reasonable condition.

Oddly I don't think I've got any pictures but a quick look on Google should give you the layout and photo's. And as said, Haven don't have terms for the units, as long as they are in reasonable condition then you can keep it there as long as you want. Which I always thought was very reasonable and makes for a better investment.

Welcome to the forum Kev, I hope it proves helpful to you :)
You could also try Preloved and ebay? Can you advertise on site?

Good luck, I hope it all goes well for you and in the future;)

Thanks Angela. We are not in any particular hurry to sell it on, which is a good position to be in, and the site has got it on its lettings books for the whole season. So we'll see how it goes. Still for sale though. :)

By means of an update, we have been enjoying our van this season and the site staff changes have been very good. The van is still for sale and we will consider any offers which are "sensible". The reason for sale is still very genuine. The fees are still paid through to the end of the year.
