we have had a offer of compo from scotts old work place
and is the first offer always low ?:mad:
carnt see why they would think we would take such a low amount

the thing is they are only admitting 50% liabilty and our sol has had to threaten them again with court action to see the accident book ? and scotts work record why are they being like this
the first offer was a joke andy no way scott would have took that and like he said he isnt going to admit to the other 50% couse this was no way his fault
