I don't know if you have one by now, as you posted a long time ago, but I just saw your post and we have decided to go back to having a tourer. We only bought this caravan last year. It is Willerby Countryside, 8 berth, 35ft by 12ft. Central heating, one new verandah and one older one. New blinds on every windowfitted months ago. Double glazing. There are three double bedrooms but it sleeps 8, as there is a pull out double bed under the sitting room seating. One room has a double bed with brand new mattress and the other two rooms have twin beds. We had a patio area built, haven't even used it yet. It is situated at Hauxley, almost next to Druiridge Bay. The site has access to the beach a few yards from the caravan. The site is small and family run and does not permit sub letting. There is a very small club room on the site. The toilet is separate from the shower room. It is in excellant condition. We are an older couple with no children and would not have bought it if it wasn't in good condition. Site fees of £2,200 have been paid for this year. I believe it is 2000 model but you wouldn't believe that to look at it. We would like £11,000. The site itself is kept beautifully and is a credit to the owners. If you would like to see it you can phone me at 01434 684579.
