Hi Everyone,
Hope this makes sense.
We are looking at buy a caravan which is currently on a park resorts site. We are buying this off site so believe we dont need to pay any commission to park resorts as this will be transferred to a different park (not park resorts), Does anyone know the cost of disconnection from park resorts and will there be any other charges to pay until collection or is this usually covered by the notice given by the current owners. We are concerned about how the final bills are settled i.e electricity as we are going to stay in it in a few weeks and dont know where to go from there it we want it
any advice would be appreciated
