We are looking for a 12ft wide van to be located on private land in Pembrokeshire West Wales. We require double glazing and the van to be in good usable condition.

Still looking for a van. Anything tidy, 12' x 32'+ with 2 beds, preferably with the main bed the full 12' wide of the van.

Yes, we are doing a selfbuild and need to sell the house so looking for a van to live in for a couple of years on our own land.

An Atlas Super what?The "Super" refers to the width ie 12'. Was it the Atlas "Status" at Parkwall? Whatever van it was you might want to have it flashbanded, Atlas's don't leak as a rule but it's always advisable to do a bit of preventative maintenance. Don't worry, it's not a big or expensive job, just a precaution. You can do it yourself, just buy a few rolls of flashband tape and apply to the roof seams. It's preferable to do it on a warm day but as we've seen the last of those for a while you can go over it with a "heat gun" to achieve the same effect!

Yes it is the Atlas Status from Parkwall, hopefully getting it delivered at the end of the week. Will look into the flash banding, is that the name of the tape?

That's what i've always called it, it's sticky black adhesive on one side and reflective silver on the other. If you email Gareth at Parkwall he'll tell you the name of it and where to get it.
