Subletting

Hi all ,
there seems to be a lot of people wanting to sublet (understandably) i was just wondering if there was some way we could have a section where it is possible to look at or download forms with terms and conditions etc. Most people (including me!) have no idea really what to put in the forms for subletting and there seems to be quite a few people asking for advice on the matter . If any one would be kind enough to share their forms / ideas it would help all newbies to the forum , what does anyone think is this a good idea? :):)

Hi,

For anybody willing to share there forms, all you need to do is reply to the post and click on the paper clip icon, you can then attach you forms to your post. People can download them straigt to there computers then.
