I was loking at upgrading earlier in the season but no good deals to be done. The park (Park Resorts) have now approached me and said £7500 for a 2002 3 bed atlas everglade, love the van love, the size, excellent condition already looked at it a few weeks ago when they wanted £10,000 for it.
I've jsut sent them an email asking does this include connections etc. and I think they are going to say no that's an extra £3000. On average how much does it REALLY cost to site a van and connect it to water, electric etc. I don't mind paying to site it but only what it costs.
THanks

Obviously it all depends on the site as they all charge different prices but a few sites in know in Lincolnshire charge around £1000 for a plot move.
£3000 to site and connect a van is alot.

Yes I would happily pay £1000, the site have said no fees but I'm not sure whether they mean no site fees or no siting fees, subtle difference, anyway I'll find out on Saturday I'm going down so I'll keep you posted.

we were going to pay £3000 to have a new caravan transported from hull to devon, but we have now bought a differerent caravan that is only costing £900 to transport from winkeligh in devon to bigbury in devon inc siting and conecting

Thanks for all your help, deal is now done, no siting fees which was a huge relief. They are going to site it during the winter so we'll have a shiny new van to move into. Can't wait only 4 months to go!!
