Willerby Granada 2004

We have a Willerby Granada which is 5 years old - bought new. The seals round all the double glazed windows and doors have perished. Willerby replaced these during the first year because the same thing happened but now say we have to pay. It is obviously a design fault because that is the only year they used this system - models in years before and after are different. Would think this comes under 'fit for purpose' but wondered if anyone else has, or knows, of the same problem.

the thing with willerby is that they have used that many window companys for there windows is that its hard to find a replacement, also the main window supplier to the caravan trade as changed its window profile (design) over the past few years so spares for order vans now become obselete.
