Hi we have recently bought a caravan and have just got our first booking. :)
We are on so called private members site in Hastings and can sublet, but the office on site is more of a sales office as opposed to booking etc... I know this has been asked for before but as my first post I'm unable to contact a private member.
Have got my own website with a booking form where also linked to another website, but would be great for help on T's & C's as unsure what to send on.
Also on the times that we may not be able to get down there to change over keys and cleaning, what do you think is the best approach and how much do you think we should give. I was thinking of just approaching neigbours, sub-letters and to pay about £20 per change over.
