How do I find out if I am paying a fair price!!!

I have been today to look at a Pemberton Monte Carlos 2004 model 2 bed static - the asking price is £19,950. I have searched on google to try and find comparable figures but they range from £15k upto £69K for the same model but different years. Is there any way of finding out how much a used caravan is worth???? Many thanks.:confused:

We are buying a 2004 Abi Arizona, 35 x 10 3 bed for £15,875 - we hope ours is a good deal too! :rolleyes:

That does not include site fees for 2009, but does include remainder of fees for 2008 and rates and ins up to May 2009, full inventory and steps and the van sited on our pitch.

all i can say is that the same finds differ in price on differnt sites, as you are paying for the site not the caravan lol, they is a book price for caravans like they is with cars but only dealers use these normally when you px lol
