Static caravan wanted in lancashire

I am looking for a static caravan for sale in lancashire , must be sited on a park that is open for at least 10 months.
Will pay up to £10.000 for van in good condition with CH and DG.

I would have thought you had three options here:

1. Buy the Caravan off site and stick it on your own land.
2. Buy one 10 years old.
3. Forget the CH and DG and get one a few years old but otherwise well insulated.

Would be interested to know what you ended up doing.

Actually, you're right.
We did see just one van with CH & DG for sale , a willerbury canterbury 37x12, beautifully kept and priced at £10.250, but we wasn't sure we liked the site & it was a bit cut off up a country lane, might have been a problem in the winter.
On the other side, we saw a old willerby leven in a pretty bad state, for the same price in cheshire!
Can't believe how much they vary.
Will still have to do more homework & searching until we find the right one. Not something i'm going to rush into, so for now, at least, we'll stay put.
