hi iam new to the forum
i have a willerby salisbury on a park in south wales and also another static delta nordstar
on a site close to paris in france both of which are sublet
the procedure for subletting in france is very similar to uk,and youll find that the site fees are considerably cheaper and the parks a
re open all year round
subleeting is useful especially abroad as it covers site fees and insurance etc if you cannotget over there too often it is a form of self sustaining
letting in the uk is useful as well when you consider the fees are higher in the uk and sublet income is offset against site fees etc
you wont get rich subletting but is a very good way of covering your costs and maintaing what you already have
the sublet income in france tends to be lower than uk but then with the better climate you have a longer sublet season and of course lower site fees
