curtains

Hi
New to statics and l want to hang some curtains over the doors.
My question is can l just screw a plinth over the top of the door frame for the rail.
(what the best way to secure to the wall ?)

we have a curtain above our main door which is on a pole and the brackets are just attached directly to the wall but that was done by the supplier of the van not sure I'd be so eager to do it myself :) It is very useful though but get a tie back with the curtain as ours flapped around all over the place!

Hi Bandit

No problem locate the edge of the door and , follow up . There is a stick that runs floor to ceiling and approx 19mm wide
Any problems let me know and will advise more
