Hi new member with questions

Hi all, I have been reading lots of your posts and I have learned a lot from them so, a big thankyou to you all. I have been looking around several caravan sites in northumberland and have finally decided we are going to purchase a van in rothbury. My question is regarding finance, does anyone know of any caravan finance dealers we could contact, we dont have any bad credit so should not have any problems. We did look at park resorts but, they are not for us but, they have guaranteed finance does anyone know which company they use? Thanks Jacqui

we are on a park resorts site, i think they use black horse finance, although it isnt guaranteed as a friend of mine was declined her finance

black horse are pretty good and i think they may be the biggest as well

We went straight to the bank and they were happy to lend us the money and cheaper than going through the site.

Hiya,

I do know Haven use Barclays and Evergreen for their finance. Barclays require a 20% deposit and Everygreen require 25% but Evergreen offer their finance guaranteed if you stump up 25% deposit and the site fees for the first year up front.

The secure the loan on the van itself. Haven arrange this themselves but I am not sure if you can approach Evergreen direct and choose where your van will be.

Hi We are quite new to this and decided to go to the bank, at least then nothing is secured and if you did encounter any financial problems you still own the caravan to sell. Good luck, Martin Lewis's money tips online are quite good telling you the best rates and credit available.
