Just had the Haven owner's brochure for Oct in post...it's really frustrating as our van still isn't ready yet....:mad:

Email or write to the park management outlining your dissatisfaction if you haven't done already, if enough people complain about Haven’s shoddy service perhaps they’ll do something about it one of these day however I won‘t be holding my breath!!!

Some parks have great sales staff whilst others have (shall we say) dodgy sales staff.

I wish you look solving the problem, but I agree that you should put something in writing, just in case it ends up in court.

We are going on Sat to take over the van :) Any advice before we sign on the dotted line???

As with all things read every last bit of the contract, check that the van is as you want inside and out, check the siting. Check any tvs, fridges etc etc that you are expecting to be in the van are their, they have a habit of 'disappearing'.

If you have agreed any extras, included added bonuses or if the sales person included anything to get the deal make sure they have been included before hand.

But most of all enjoy your van, gladits finally got sorted just in time for winter :rolleyes:
