Hi there I don't know anywhere else to ask for help I have recently sold my static caravan and it is sited, now as you all know about the 15% of the fair market price for their commision but I don't trust the sales person and I asked to see his glasses guide he said no and that it was private and confidential so I told him I have got a different fair market price off other people he replied oh thats off site price I think he is trying to have me over on the commision I have a 2004 willerby winchester he has said the FMP is 17000 but I think it's less than that but I can't prove it.

Unfortuanatley with things like this it tends to be a fair price that they think off rather than a fair price of the worth of the van.
There are so many differing factors that make up the price of the van, such as quality of the park, popularity of the park, location of the park etc etc) that by taking the glasses guide price can often be pointless. Its really there for traders to mark there prices up from. I known a lot of people get caught out by this but it is something that people sign to agree to. I beleive that the whole industry need more transpaerncy and this is one of the areas that would be first on the agenda for me.
