hi, i have a static caravan forsale, sited in ingolmells near skegness it is 11years old and still in really good condition, it has just had a new boiler fitted and still under warranty i am open to reasonable offers, it comes fully equipped, ie pots, pans, cutlery microwave, bedding if wanted, heaters, it is free electric and is fitted with electric panels in the bedrooms and the bathroom and there is a normal radiator in the main bedroom, but the switch needs replacing that works the heating and we have been quoted 15.00 for the switch plus fitting, we were not down at the caravan when the switch had been baught, the gas and electrics have both been tested, i am willing to sort out viewings but the site doesnt open till the 1st of march, the site fees are 2,300 for the year we have paid 1,300 and the next 1,000 is due on the 1st of march, the fees are due in october, these can be paid in installments if you so wish, if you would like to arrange a viewing please phone us on 07867747908 and we shall be happy to sort it, many thanks for looking, my email address is go2_hunt@yahoo.co.uk if you send your email address i can send photos
