Default portable washing machine

I am looking at getting one of these portable twin tub washing machine things, they are about 100.

Has anyone got one and what are they like.

Thanks

Hi numbers here's some previous posts mentioning them

http://www.gostatic.co.uk/search.php?searchid=694552

Do you know you can buy slimline washing machines these days?

I'm sure I've read reviews commenting on the tiny amount of clothing you can wash in them.....

we had one of these on a previous park due to the electricity supply being so poor and we were not allowed a full size machine.they do work ok,but we found that with kids they were far too small.we now have a full size washer/drier properly installed in the shed outside the van.we just have to be carefull when using it that we don,t trip the electrics.
if we have too many appliances running the kettle can be a pain in the bum.

I've been searching for info for you. The narrowest I can find is 50cm (normally around 59cm)
There are slimline depth wise also.

Much more expensive than the amount you are considering for a portable one, but there's always ebay etc
Just food for thought anyway

I know the link may not apply to you numbers as there's just two of you, but this could be a good thread for others to read

Just a heads up for the Zanussi compact washing machine. Expensive outlay but had mine for 16 years now, still going strong and nothing replaced at all (touch wood)
