Default First booking!

After a steady stream of enquiries over the last week or so I think we have finally secured our first booking of the season!

Won't hold my breath until the money is in the bank though!!

We didn't get bookings this early last year. Most bookings we took were just before the holidays were taken.

Just out of interest what do people do if someone has booked and paid early , and then wants to cancel their holiday?

Hi thats great to hear.

Its been really busy on GoCaravanRentals.com, alot more so than last year, so I'm hoping this could be a bumper year.

When we rented out we had a clause which said about a non refundable deposit we took at the time of booking but other than that we gave them there money back.

I suppose it depends what you have put in your t and c's

Darren

This is our First year and we are already booked up for June, July and a couple of weeks in August and even a booking for 2011.
We take a 50 deposit which I make clear is non refundable. Like I say it is our first year so havnt come across any probs with the deposits as yet. My problem is the way the bookings are going we wont be using it ourselves so need to sit down and book myself in lol.

When we had ours we also had a clause in our terms and conditions that stated the deposit was non refundable.
