Up to bike number 5 now with the addition of a 1995 BMW Funduro trail bike. Not particularly fast - the CB500 leaves it in the weeds despite being a full 154cc less than the Fuduro, but the F650 has the advantage of having enough low down grunt to climb walls - so Im off over the Gatescarth pass with it tomorrow for some "challenging" green lane/off road riding.

Caravan wise Im just enjoying the time we have there. I need to paint the decking again - in fact Ive just creosoted the decking at home and used the last of the dark brown stuff up so I do need to buy some more.

Reading another thread on here, Im reminded that we too have no "contract" with our site, that said things are fairly relaxed, but we do feel something is brewing - the site owner is developing the site quite extensively ( though no planning ever seems to go in in respect of the work). It would be a shame to lose our current view of a field full of sheep, but if it happens, it happens. No point in losing sleep over it. At least gas bottle prices are reasonable (47 for a large one) and electric / rates etc all seem reasonable too.

Not a lot of news from up North - work plodding - I seem top have one more motorcycle than I actually need at the moment (anybody else hate trying to sell stuff via Gumtree etc? - Inundated with stupid offers from people who seem to think they are doing me a favour offering scrap price for a MOT'd running trial bike) Honestly - I feel like I would rather scrap it. Hey ho.
