20 years old on ours and you are off. Brought this new rule in about 3 years ago, a lot of people were upset as they had just bought a second hand caravan from them without this rule. That meant that they didn't have much shelf life left on their van. Has backfired though because people can't afford to upgrade and leave the site for good when their van has reached 20yrs old.

No age restriction but after 15 years, reviewed yearly, and as long as the van is kept "neat and tidy" there "should" be no problem. Hope it does work like that our van is 12 years old now and after looking at newer ones wouldn't want to upgrade, love ours too much.

there,s a lot of us on g/s who would not want to upgrade after 15 years.our vans may be old in static terms but we look after them and take pride in them,so know how you feel.

15 years for us, our van has 3 left. We bought as a taster to see how we got on and are hooked so hopefully will be able to upgrade when the time comes
