Hi all
We're thinking of buying a 2013 Swift Moselle. (35 or 38 feet 2B) Has anyone got any advice?
Thanks

Hi Shankey - welcome to the Forum. If you are about to buy a static then this is the place to visit. There will be lots of folks to come along and give you good advice. I would just say make sure you have found the right site first before deciding on the van. We bought a 2012 van in August and were looking for one with two bedrooms. We ended up with a three bedroomed one and were pleased we had,, when seven of us sleep over on our final visit. I would say go for which one seems right for you and your needs.

Thanks. There are only the two of us so a two bed is plenty. We've already got an old static on a site in Herefordshire, and we're having the new one on the same site. We think we've found the perfect one in the Swift Moselle but would like to hear of any other recommendations

I've just googled the Swift Moselle and all models look absolutley brilliant. If you can afford it, go for the one with the most space. You will be so excited to be upgrading to one of these.

Hi Shankev, and a warm welcome to the Forum. I had to google the Swift Moselle, lol, not seen one before, as far as i know. She looks superb, inside and out. And to already have a site to put her on, good for you.

Lakeside has one and we love it. A good layout. I think he has the 38 2 bed. We live in Herefordshire.

The Swift Moselle is a great van, you have an huge advantage over a lot of people by already owning a van but just as important the van is on the same site as the new Moselle. As far as 35 or 38 feet I guess it's down to you're preference, if that extra three feet is worth paying for as there is usually just two of you?
If you have done the sums I can't see why not as you are already aware of the pros and cons of the static lifestyle.

If you've looked at a load of vans and the swift is the one which ticks the boxes then that's the one you should go for.

I don't remember having any quality issues with swift in the last few years

We bought a brand new Swift Moselle in 2011 and we love it. It's very modern, light and airy. Ours is the 38 foot 2 bed. I would go for that one over the 35 footer given a choice, and most of time there is only the two of us. The main bedroom is very spacious which is what sold it to us really, with a kingsize bed. I would recommend it.
