Yes, the 285.50 you paid last may was for Rates, water and refuse. We're working out this years now. Dont think it's going to change much...

Can't see it rising much as would have thought water usage gone down...

On our new site a lot of the vans have an individual entry on the rates register which is 225 and rate payable is usually about 0.45 x 225 = 101.25 per annum. This includes water etc and nearly half the vans have an individual entry, we payed ours with our annual fees. Don't know if I could be bothered with any more forms to fill in so will probably just keep it with the fees next year. (It is a seven month site)

http://www.saa.gov.uk/ is the Valuation Agency site and the post code is DD10 0DL for anybody that is interested
