Did you buy it new , if so I would go back to the manufacturer as it sounds a manufacturing defect. There is some kind of 6 yr manufacturing defect law , see here https://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/...nty-right.html

Try quoting the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (which replaced the Sale of Goods Act).
Goods sold must be as described and fit for purpose.
It sounds as if the veneer was faulty, making it unfit for purchase.
You need to complain directly to whoever you purchased the static from (which was probably the Park) - you local Citizens Advice centre will be able to give you some more information, or Which? https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rig...uld-you-expect, or you may have a legal advice helpline with your home insurance.
A static caravan is a chattel in law, so the same legislation applies to this as it would a car or a TV.
Good luck - you should be able to get a repair done under the Act.

Hi, a woman on our site asked me if I would put sticky back vinyl on three of her cupboard doors where the plastic coating on the doors had cracked. I suggested stripping the coatings off and painting them too which she agreed. The coating came off very easily, a quick run over with a fine grade sand paper then painted with Rustoleum furniture paint.
The doors blend in well, it’s difficult to spot the difference in colour and texture when refitted. The colour of the paint used was “shortbread “. It took three coats of paint with a light sanding between each coat
