Default WiFi

Just noticed tonight that our site are offering WIFI on Caravan Connect network. 5 for 24 hrs. Much faster than my dongle and am happy to pay it occasionally.

I think a lot of sites are now offering this facility.....we are lucky as our site offers free wifi, unlimited useage. I am glad as i do miss my laptop when at the van, just bought a laptop today for myself, so now i can keep up with all the news on here, even when away.

Do you mind me asking how much your site charges?

i was thinking the same as if i paid that for 24 hours I would want to be on the computer for at least 24 hours

i hardly have time and when i am on it( at the van i might say) i only go on it for about an hour here and there and so it would be wasted ...

We don't charge owners or guests for WiFi, we think of it as part of the product offer and part of the pitch fee. I thought most places gave it away for free.

Cheers

Andy

I am using Mifi at the moment & it's so slow. I decided to get rid of the micro sim in my iPad & use mifi. I am now waiting for BT to install phone line & Internet tomorrow & it will keep & the family happy. Happy days

I'm surprised to hear your Mifi is slow Bobsnobs - we have one at our caravan, and despite the '3' website saying it may be difficult to get a signal indoors, we get a very good 3G signal, or even the faster connection (signified by the little 'H' on the display) al the time, and it's as fast as the broadband at home - I'm really pleased with it.

I am glad i have my dongle for the van at 10 per month it sounds better than having to pay 5 for 24 hours .
