Default World Cup Semi Finals Wembley

Well as those of you who know anything about will know I will be at Wembley on Saturday for the 'Big Hit' where the 2 semi-finals of the Rugby League World Cup will be played back to back with England taking on New Zealand and Australia v Fiji.

With this ben potentially the last gam for England (New Zealand are the reigning champions) I thought I'd better get a poll in.

So who do you think will win the 2 match's, (pick the 2 teams in the poll).

It will be close and we will have to play 100% to get through but you have to have hope don't you. I am backing England and Australia for Old Trafford.

Got to be Australia and England. It would take a brave man to back Fiji.

New Zealand have hardly been tested in the matches to date, and although England haven't played well for the full 80 I think their matches to date mean they'll be that little sharper.

Unfortunately other commitments mean I won't be joining you there. Just hoping the OH has bought me tickets for the final, as it's also my birthday!

No pressure on your OH there then Sean? I very much envy anyone who gets to see any of the final 3 games but unfortunately its going to have to be the TV for Mark and I.
Not too convinced as to wether England have got it in them to beat the NZs but as an English girl Ive got to hope they will havent I? The other match is more difficult though. Im tempted to go for the safe bet with the Aussies but Fiji have done well to get where they are and I do like to favour the underdogs so Im going to stick my neck out and go for..... England and Fiji!
