Smile Swift Moselle 2013 38x12 3 Bed For Sale

Swift Moselle 2013 38x12 3 Bed with central heating and double glazing currently sited in south Cumbria on a park and is now for sale by myself, privately.

I have had it from new but my kids have now outgrown it so I rarely come. It is truly in as-new condition.

Ideally would like to sell before the site fees need renewing 1st March.

My contract with the park allows me to either sell through the park (whereby they take commission) for which I would be asking 26,500.

Alternatively, I can have the caravan disconnected and moved to a holding area once I have a buyer able to pay me directly, in which case I'd sell to someone wanting to take the caravan away to another park for 22K.

If I sold the caravan to the park they would only give me trade price of 14,175, yet they would retail it at around 30K. So let's do a deal and both save money by conducting a private sale, all above board through the park's sales office.

I can make pictures available, through it would just be like taking photos of a new Moselle 2013! Note that 2013 was the year the model was refreshed. This one comes in contemporary environmental beige and brown colour scheme.

I have a 2013 Moselle 2 bed and I love it. Paid 28500 for it last year.

Good luck with selling van. Shame you need to get rid of it.

Problem being transport re siting and new lease for someone would probably be in the 5k range and thats a conservative estimate , to be honest there is not many sites that would take it.
Asking price of 26,500 would probably be a better deal for someone.

Can’t you rent it out. Sounds like you’d make more that way or doesn’t the park allow rentals.

Sell it back to site, saves all the hassle and as you would not be paying site fees ,also if you did manage a private sale you would have to pay site commission of about 20% inc vat...
