Default Outside storage

Hi All

We have decided to store the washing machine outside as there is simply no room for it inside.

We must use a storage unit no larger than 6' x 4' and has to be green in colour and obviously lockable.

I has seen plastic Keter storage units but these are grey.

Does anyone store their machine outside and where could I find a suitable unit, plastic or metal.

Thanks

Dave

Thanks but that looks like a top opener and no use for a front loader.

they are but you don't want something that's gonna fall apart mid spin cycle .... or there's the launderette ..... then again would the whole site hear the metal shed shaking on the spin cycle ? might be best with wood , anyone with any experiences ?

I have 2 of these, in one of which I keep and use a full size tumble drier. If all else fails, could you not paint the main body green? Not a big or expensive job using an aerosol. Very good storage units. Cheapest from Argos at the time.

I had a similar issue with rainwater downpipes on my caravan. All the original pipework etc is in green and getting matching additional pipework was very expensive. So I purchased some generic brown pipework very cheaply at B + Q and spray painted it to match.

I would think whatever you use and being a heavy washing machine is going to have to be strong, so will probably come at a higher price? Slattster may have a point and a wooden one being better and possibly less noisy, but whatever I went for would at least have to have a very strong base and as quite as possible

Has the site got a launderette? Might be cheaper to use it in the long run.
