Default Hello from the North East

Hi

We joined this forum before christmas but havnt had chance to come on and introduce ourselves yet. I am Marie and my husband is Ryan and we live in Billingham in Teesside. We are in our late 40s and there is just us two, no children.

We are just in process of buying a static caravan up at Rothbury in Northumberland. Our season starts on February 6th and we are super excited about moving in. We are here to get as much knowledge and advice as we can for our new adventure as we want to do the best we can for our van. Our van is a 2010 36ft Abi Vista Platinum.

to the forum. From your post, I assume that it will your first static caravan purchase. There is a wealth of information on the forum and I suggest you look at the threads that are designed to impart information to new owners. There are some threads that will give you a lot of information in one hit. Also, the replies to the threads will also add to the information that will be helpful in avoiding some pitfalls of owning a static. Of course, there are more positives than negatives and the negatives can be avoided.

I hope that you love staying in your van and enjoy the lifestyle.

to the forum, just think of something and ask if your not sure, someone will reply, I have had 2 vans up at Alston and have now bought one at Christon Banks, about 4-5 mins to the beach and 6ml from Seahouses, little site with country pub at entrance. So not far from yourself. Good luck sure you will have a great time, which site is it as there is a few around Rothbury.?
