Default Willerby Herald Gold 2009 For Sale

We are reluctantly putting our static caravan up for sale due to relocation meaning we canít get to use it as much as we would like.
Details as follows:

Willerby Herald Gold 2009, 6 berth, 2 bedrooms, 30 x 10 (Non smokers) situated on Rye Bay Caravan Park in East Sussex.

The caravan is in very good condition (see photos) and wooden decking was fitted only two years ago to add extra outdoor space. It has one double and one twin bedroom and a brand new double sofa bed in the lounge. There is a modern shower room, a nice galley kitchen and a dining area off the lounge.

The sale price includes: Two outside storage boxes (One large enough for 2 bikes), an outdoor wooden round table and 2 chairs, 2 padded reclining garden chairs, a full size fridge and a full 19kg gas bottle. The site fees for 2014 are also included in the price. (For info: The site fees for 2014, including unlimited electricity, were £2,550). NB: We cooked and heated the van using electricity and therefore it is incredibly cheap to run!

The caravan park is in a rural setting on a nice, spacious, family run site on Winchelsea Beach in East Sussex, about 3 miles west of Rye and 7 miles east of Hastings. The site is maintained to a high standard and has direct frontage to Winchelsea Beach. The owners have a policy of keeping cars off site, ensuring a pleasant traffic free environment and enhancing safety for children.

The site has a licensed clubhouse (cheap drinks!) with kids entertainment area attached and adult/childrenís entertainment is laid on throughout the year. There are outdoor childrenís play areas a laundry room, several private car parks (plenty of spaces for owners/guests) and the vans are extremely well spaced out giving a nice air of spaciousness.

What attracted us to the site (apart from all of the above!) was the beauty of the surrounding area. The beach is huge providing miles of lovely seaside walks, there is also a nature reserve very close by and fantastic countryside walks all around. The ancient town of Winchelsea is very nearby as is Rye which is a lovely, picturesque place to visit.

If you like walking, cycling or have a dog then you simply couldn't ask for more in this area.

I should add that there is a real family feel to this site and the management (husband and wife team) could not be more accommodating. The site is open from 1st March to 31st October each year for residency but access to the van is available year round if required.

Please call 01797 226 340 and speak to Mario or Susan or feel free to visit the site and have a look in person. The site office is open 7 days a week from 9.15am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm.

This looks a great caravan for the money. I don't think you'll have a problem getting her sold. Good Luck!
