All the vans on Fold House park are sited on concrete plinths and all are stapped down.
I think it might be the noise of the wind more than anything. I have trouble sleeping at home if its really windy.

I used to find strong winds disturbing when we stayed at the van. Even at home I’m not happy when I can hear things bumping around outside.

Last year we borrowed a van from the site as ours had to be rebuilt, it was an older van and was certainly noisier when there is a gale than our new one. You can still hear the wind but fortunately, it doesn't keep us awake.
