Reading the thread re new for old insurance got me thinking, who else on here prefers the 2003/4 to the 2005 model. I just prefer the layout of the fire and entertainment area.Noel

Mine isn't so young either but we love her just the way she is. I love the plot she's on as when I look back on old photos of the site we can see the 'really old girl' that made way for her. The couple were elderly and have hung tea pots and a kettle on the holly tree beside her for the birds. There's also horseshoes nailed to the tree and beside it is a garden in which I've saved all the old fashioned flowers which they've planted. I never met the couple but the older couples on the site have filled me in. I feel I owe it to them to keep these things. Apparently the lady was in a wheelchair and her husband was her carer, when he died she had to go into a home. Anyway that's the history on my little plot. XX

Morning all I started this as a comparison regarding new for old in the worst scenario that our old girl a 2003 lyndhurst goes up in flames or has one of those magnificent trees come crashing through the roof .Keep on track girls, love you all Noel
