Smile 2007 Cosalt Studio Extra

(Pics posted on third page now)
Firstly I'd like to say hello to everyone I have spent some time reading through some of the posts on here & it seems a very friendly/helpful place to be
I was hoping someone may be able to give me some guidance re the approx current value of a 2007 Cosalt Studio Extra. It is a 2 bed, size 38x12.6. It has central heating fitted.
I believe it was purchased new in Sept 07 & used as an annex to an existing property.
It is now redundant & no longer needed.
Can anyone help with the approx value of this ? I have spent some time searching but there does not seem to be many of these around.

Thankyou for any help you can give me, Sue

Hi Sue, (an ex-luker, eh?, lol) and welcome to the Forum. Afraid that i can't help you, as this is my 2nd season coming up in March. But others may be able to help you. Some advice i can offer, is to be prepared to haggle - gently, - find owners on a site you fancy, and get their views on the site, and find out the costs. I.e:- site fees (useful for the second year), gas charges per cylinder, what facilities there are, and electric per unit charged. They are all important facts to know.
