We bought our home just a few weeks ago for just under 9000 and have used it most weekends ever since. It is a three bedroomed van and although it was made in 1997 it seems to have been made 'before it's time'.
It is a big caravan 35'x 12', 8 berth van with double glazing fitted (by prev owners) and has loads of room.

There are two doors, a single to the rear and french patio doors towards the front... as you enter the single door you enter a small hallway.. ideal to remove shoes and hanging a few coats. the hallway bends to the left and the three bedrooms are on the right hand side.
The 1st bedroom has 2 x single beds followed by the main double room then a 2nd single again with 2 x single beds, all rooms have spacious wardrobes, plenty of drawers and overhead storage units. On the left hand side opposite the 2nd single is a spacious bathroom with bath/shower/sink/wc etc.

At the end of the hallway there is a door that leads into the kitchen/dining area, which is great as it keeps the heat in the main part of the van. The kitchen/dining area is next to the main lounge which is partially separated by a broom/coat cupboard and drawer unit.

As you walk through the hall door, the kitchen is on the right hand side , worktop all the way round... on one side fridge/freezer and loads of cupboard space/wall units and cupboards below.. The sink and oven are on the window side and on the other side across from the kitchen area is the dining area.. with wrap around seating, 2 stools and rectangular table, it also incorporates a hidden bed.

In the lounge area we have wrap around seating which faces towards the kitchen area, patio dorrs on the right and we have a wall unit that houses the electric fire with a large shelving area for the TV etc. there are also 2 sets of drawers to each side and cupboards above.

This is our first static that we have owned and although there is plenty of room for improvement, new flooring, covers, curtains etc, we absolutely love it!
We also have three Labradors which we take to the van and there is loads of room for both them and us as the layout is spot on.
