Hi uk red. I'm going to stir things up a bit here. I know precisely nothing about your circumstances so may be wrong... you buy a van for a song from a customer intent on disappearing into the sunset with your money. A quick photo on here or to any dealer would have put an age on it, and surely you knew there was change over fees to pay. Park makes nothing from the sale, and the elderly owner wants an easy life. Younger generation inherits a park run essentially as a hobby, and has to make tough decisions about how to raise money to reinvest. The fee increase of 100 is negligible, and its current price of 2250 is barely enough to run the place in reality.

Please don't hate me I'm known on here for being helpful, just making you aware of a scenario from the other side of the fence!!

Sorry uk red,Im with Bigland here.

And you dont have to spend 30-40k and 4k a year, you are just not looking hard enough
It may be that you have a nasty taste, but not all sites and their owners are the same

Sue , I presume you are trying to contact Bill re his van and the site.
As he may not look at the forum everyday an idea might be to PM him. That way he will receive an e-mail that hopefully he will read and can PM you with details.

Great news. A pleasure to have been of help. I hope that you can sort something out to both of your advantages.
