We are reluctantly selling our BK Bluebird Senator static caravan, currently sited on Whitley Bay Park.
It is a 04 model and is in outstanding original condition with fitted side decking area. It measures 38' x 12' and has PVCu double glazing fitted, full gas central heating with new boiler. It has a separate lounge with two fixed sofa's (one unused double bed), an armchair, tv stand, coffee table, standard lamp, fitted wall units/wall lights, radiator covers. The kitchen/diner has matching dining table 7 four chairs, a built in stainless steel oven, grill, microwave and five ring hob with full size extractor fan plus an integral fridge and freezer, it also has fully fitted wall and base units. There are two bedrooms, one with with twin beds and one with king size bed and fully fitted sliding wardrobes, a connecting door to a full bathroom with bath, sink shower and toilet. It has one previous owner form new and has been well maintained and looked after. It is currently on a premium plus pitch and connected to mains gas so no messing with bottles.

Hi Treetopper..., the site will buy it back but from what I understand it's normally for the Glass 'book price' which is a lot lower than what we paid for it a few months ago..

I've had a couple of people interested but no takers as yet... fingers crossed..

Don't blame you. If you can manage to keep it on, it's going to be worth more to you than anyone else and no, it's not nice losing silly amounts in such a short time.
Hope all goes well for you and that you can continue to enjoy your caravan.

Glad you in a position to keep it on....as I posted recently we met someone who could not afford the site fees and had to take what they were offered, but at least they said they had no finance...

Yeah... that's definitely in our favour too, no finance to settle.. but one things for sure we're gonna make sure we get as much as possible out of PR after the insulting offer they made us for a van we only bought 3 months ago!

Hi Andy, sorry to hear about your problems. Unfortunately this can be the reality of some sites. Friends of ours just accepted 6,000 for their 2010 BK Bluebird. PR resorts are known to really overprice their old vans, and then let you think you are getting a bargain, by giving you a huge discount. Could I ask, was there a problem with the site or did you have personal reasons, it seems such a shame when you were so happy with your new van a few months ago. We bought a new van 2 years ago for just about what you paid for you BK, we knew if we didn't like the lifestyle we would probably have to walk away with only a couple of thousand back.

Hi Heather.. apart from a few minor issues after the recent move to our new pitch, everything has been fine, the park and staff are great... but at the time it was down to business reasons that we decided to sell.
I'm self employed and some existing clients didn't want to commit to new contracts (think Brexit)! however, in a short space of time I've managed to secure a few new contracts signed and delivered that have made us more financially secure.
Hopefully we can continue with the life we've grown accustomed to... :-)
