Mine are 127 which works out to 18 a month. I only pay 21 at home and I know where I use most water. Hadn't realised we were paying 20% VAT on water on site either. I knew the actual rates now attracted VAT.

Ours is in with the site fees - everything except gas (bottles) and electricity (billed twice a year) is in with the fees. It is broken down on the bill, but I just paid it and put it away - can't remember what the costs were!

Some interesting results so far, do those who have voted that they are included in general rates feel that that is beneficial to you or the park?

Has any member ever questioned as to why we pay water charges twice,i pay water and sewage at home and i also pay water and sewage at the site as rates, the sewage is septic tank so that must be paid, however i do not understand why i must pay scottish water twice,my argument being if i am not using it at home when iam at the van and vice versa,in effect iam paying twice for the same water to the same company, any thoughts on this
Charlie.

Have you asked them to provide you with a water meter at home and van, then you would only pay for your own usage???
