What are site fee's currently? Perhaps that is a way of keeping the thread alive (unless such a thread exists elsewhere on this site)?

Hi, site fees aren't standard, there are some that are still below 2k, but fees vary drastically depending on the area, on site facilities, proximity to a beach, local area facilities, size of the site, also whether it's one of the big companies like Haven etc.
If you use the search button you'll find lots of different threads that will be more up to date.
