If im not up there this Saturday I'll be there next week! - I'll try and get under and take a photo.

Although the decking looks fine when you are standing on it - the construction underneath it is a bit special. They've used fence post mounts for each of the pillars - so it's all uneven and been propped up with stacks of wood et all.

It would need levelling and re-turfing to get the pitch back to a nice condition... I don't quite get how the level is as strange as it is. If I were to remove the decking there would be a big drop between the bank and van, you'd need a ladder to climb to the door.

Lol - ill try and get a picture

Does it say in your licence agreement that you have to 'make good' your pitch before you leave?

The pitch was probably uneven before the deck was even put on it.

Hello,

Yes - says a fee will be charged in advance for removal of caravan from bay to carpark plus a fee for repairing the ground.

Will certainly be an interesting one when the time comes round! - will have to get a photo

We used to take a friend for my lad but he even got so he just didn't want to go. I think girls may be different, my nieces love to get 'dolled' up and go to the club with hubby (they're 10 and 7), but my lad didn't want to go to the club and definitely didn't want to get dressed up.
They're two different species, boy's and girl's, so I think you may be ok MC.

I think we would not sell our van if we got offered the price paid.
Pretty sure paid a little over the top for it but very happy with it,
And the pitch is quite possibly the best on site.so voted no chance.
There to stay for the duration..

Hi ML

I suppose I mean I worry we will get bored of it, but then that could happen at any time in our lives

Nope. I have added extra work to the van and even though I know the site will offer peanuts, if a private buyer where to ask then it would go up by a grand or two.
