Default Removing hob knobs (sounds funny!)

Hi guys, this is going to be one of those 'obvious' questions, but can anyone tell me how to remove my 'indented' hob knobs please?
here's a pic (I have cleaned them up since taking that pic! but they aren't clean enough)

I know they are supposed to just gently lever out, but they won't budge! It's as if they are fixed.
Can anyone help please? They are soooo hard to clean.

Thanks Angela

Ps I have never been able to source a replacement decall, so I just have to live with that now, and make sure I don't melt it as others have done.

They will be just stiff (god this is thread is going to be full of double-entendres)-they should just lever out-you could try having a look underneath and seeing if you can get to them to push out from underneath.

Here is some replacment knobs. http://www.thecaravanspecialists.co....ain-knob-black

Found a facia sticker, just look down the list for yours. http://www.leisureshopdirect.com/car..._Stickers.aspx

Thanks Si, you can't get to them from beneath, and they don't need replacing, just a damn good cleaning, great link!

The decall - I searched everywhere for one of those! thanks, I know there are others on here who have melted theirs lol...

No problem, your hob is same one that I had in my touring van-due to being recessed they are a pain to get out.

It's using a large pan or frying pan that transfers the heat to the sticker and burns/melts it

I know you will probably delete this Anj bit I don't care.

To remove your hobnobs, you open the packet and eat them - silly!
