Appreciate your feedback on how pleased you are with it. The 7 litre version sounds ideal in a caravan for two people and won't be cooking whole chickens in it anyway, main meat will just be some chops or chicken breasts.

I bought one of these right at the end of last year and it's fabulous, chicken breasts are scrumptious cooked in it, it's ideal for the van. With that and my slow cooker and microwave, there's hardly any need to use the big cooker, highly recommended.
